Nasty company- Just inherited a domain & hosting package with them, and they charge for everything under the sun.
Add to this the fact that there are no dedicated mailboxes unless you pay for them, the only thing I can really find to reccomend them on is the insane amounts of bandwith they offer.
Stay away.

Domain cost £40 for 2 years (EU domain inc. DNS but no hosting) have to say I had problems getting to the management pages at first, but they were really good with comms (via email only admittedly) and sorted it out reasonably quickly
very good host, expandin like mad, I think they’re the biggest hosts right now
